Apprenticeship Amendment Rules 2022 : Central Government ने Apprenticeship Act 1961 (1961 का 52) की धारा 37 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, शिक्षुता परिषद् से परामर्श करने के बाद Apprenticeship Act 1992 में संशोधन की है | Apprenticeship Act 1961 के इस साल संसोधन का संक्षिप्त नाम Apprenticeship Act 2022 दिया गया है |

ये Rules Official Gazette release होने के बाद लागु होगा |
Changes of Apprenticeship Act 2022
Apprenticeship Act 1992 में, Schedule – V में नियोजक की बाध्यताएं (दोनों Major and Minor Trade Apprentices) से सम्बंधित Para 1 के अधीन Clause 4 के Sub Clause (a) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित Sub Clause रखा जायेगा |
नियोक्ता नियम 11 के तहत समय-समय पर निर्दिष्ट दर पर प्रशिक्षु को वजीफा का भुगतान करेगा। हालांकि, वजीफा की लागत केंद्र सरकार द्वारा वहन की जाएगी और नियोक्ता ऐसी सीमा तक होगा जो केंद्र सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित की जा सकती है।
The employer shall pay stipend to the apprentice at the rate specified from time to time under rule 11. However, the cost of stipends shall be borne by the Central Government and the employer up to such limits as may be laid down by the Central Government
